My BBQ Story:

Growing up I was always in the kitchen watching mom cook.  My mother has a real love of cooking and I can remember when I was very young using a stool to peer over the counter to see what she was making.  Over the years my skills and techniques grew as fast as my love of cooking.  It's a true love for food that I bring to every event and to each client I cook for. 

The barbecue bug bit me during a trip to Texas when I was a teenager.  I can't forget the smells and taste of the smoked barbecue chicken, ribs, pulled pork, brisket and the incredible BBQ beans.  Later on, I began barbecuing for my friends and family and as the years went by I worked to perfect my sauces, dry rubs, and smoking technique.  Finally I thought it was time to get a heavy duty professional smoker and ordered one right from Lang Smoker Cookers of Georgia. Once this baby arrived I knew I was in heaven!

Greg's BBQ , LLC was created by me, Greg Amaral in 2008 and is located in Hudson New Hampshire.  The idea was to create a company that brought authentic slow smoked barbecue right to our customer's back yard.  We aim to bring great value and service by providing BBQ Packages where everything expected of an authentic smoked BBQ is provided.  We want our customers to see that it's easy and affordable to have our great tasting smoked Barbecue for any occasion.  

The motto here at Greg's BBQ is simple, "Good friends and great barbecue!"
